On this app you can log in by your Google account. Once you start, they apply exams to you constantly to check your progress, also another good thing is that you have the chance to talk with people around the world. If don't have a cellphone, this app can be downloaded on a computer. This app also have the opportunity to change the level of difficulty.
      7Babbel.

This app have a section with free courses that can be downloaded, once you download the sections of your interest, the app can dictate you without wifi internet.  At the beginning the app show you how sound the words and then show you fill exercises. Also, the app help you to improve your speaking skills with a section (on a workroom, on a class, on a house environment). The only bad thing is that the premium account have a high price.

        8.LingQ.

Available for Android and iOS. This app is free but if you like, also have a premium account. It is specialized more in vocabulary, the app does not count with exercises. The words in blue, are the unknown words, but when this words turn into yellow, then are the learned words. And the most interesting thing is that it can be use with or without internet.
